Garowe (HOL) - Puntland Intelligence and Security Agency (PISA) seized improvised explosive devices during a security operation in Bosaso town on Sunday.

In a statement, the PISA agency stated that they intercepted the explosives before they could reach the militants planning to carry out attacks in the coastal town. However, the agency did not provide additional details about the group's targets.The intelligence seizure coincides with heightened tensions between regional leaders and the opposition over the upcoming elections, with reports of military movements in Garowe since Saturday.
