Senior Ahmednasir Abdullahi has advised Deputy Chief Justice Philomena Mbete Mwilu to seek political asylum in Europe.
Responding to reports that one of Mwilu's employees had been arrested by police on Friday, for making false information to the police, the lawyer opined that it was time for the DCJ to flee the country for Europe.
Ahmednasir went ahead to recount a series of events touching on DCJ Mwilu or people closely associated with her.

The lawyer first recounted how Mwilu's driver was shot and almost died in unclear circumstances.
Secondly, Ahmednasir noted that this was later followed by the unexpected arrest and charging of the Mwilu over corruption allegations.
The lawyer noted that Mwilu's cook had now been arrested and was set to be charged for lying to police about abduction.
Ahmednasir ended his tweet by posing "Next?" highlighting the uncertainty of what is awaiting the second senior-most judge in the country.
Mwilu has in the past read malice in her arrest and prosecution linking it to her role in nullifying the 2017 presidential elections.
However, the authorities have maintained that there is sufficient evidence to pursue her over gross misconduct while in office
